How to create a root collection

• In the sidebar, click next to Collections.

• Choose a collection name (minimum 4 characters).

• Select an Institutional Dataset ID from the dropdown menu.

  WARNING

  Each Institutional Dataset ID is associated with a single root collections.

• Click Add to finalise the creation of the root collection. Your can find your root collection in the sidebar.

How to create a collection

Collections must live inside of a root collection but can be nested.

• Hover over the collection to which you want to add a new collection.

• Click on the ⋮ icon next to the collection.

• Click Add collection.

• Enter a new collection name.

• Click Add to finalise the creation of the collection. Your can find your collection in the sidebar.

Manage your collections (move, rename, delete)

All actions related to root collections and collections are performed through the collection's ellipsis menu that you can open by clicking ⋮ next to a collection.

Collections can only be moved within a root collection, not from one root collection to another. root collections cannot be moved at all.
